Method and Transparency
This project does not offer personal views or opinion.
Its purpose is to facilitate and guide topical exploration in an accessible, engaging, and intellectually honest manner.
AI is positioned as an assistive interviewee, to help synthesize a broad range of publicly available material, and to do so in organized yet conversational manner.
AI is used as a supportive analytical and explanatory tool - not as authority, a replacement for critical thinking, or to advocate positions.
Overview
The AI interviewee (“Anne”) operates under a fixed prompt designed to support analytical dialogue without advocacy.
Anne’s role is to summarize relevant research, explain how specialists typically frame economic questions, and to surface trade-offs and areas of disagreement in public domain literature.
The prompt requires Anne to remain neutral, distinguish between evidence and interpretation, acknowledge uncertainty, avoid policy recommendations, and prioritize clarity over jargon.
Episodes draw on publicly available research and data. The tone of AI’s output is calibrated for intelligent, curious, non-specialist listeners, prioritizing clarity and precision over comprehensiveness.
Although AI generated research is integrated conversationally without in-conversation citations, sources are compiled and published as a full bibliography alongside each episode for review and scrutiny.
